Very saddened to hear of the passing of HAGGIS.......... as he used to be called in Scouting at St Nick’s, Allestree, and the Endeavour Venture Scout Unit.  We had some brilliant memorable times together in the late 60s and early 70s.  Big regrets that people drift apart with careers etc............ it WOULD have been nice to chat over old times..... sadly not to be.   Our thoughts at the moment are clearly of James and our memories of him......... and alsofor the Buchanon family who will sorely misss him.  I really wanted to come and pay my last respects to him....... but events have overtaken me and I have commitments I can’t get out of.  I do hope everything goes okay tomorrow.  With kindest regards, Dick and Helen Griffiths, Lancashire.
